• Accurate and timely processing of payments from Clients;
• Assist in managing the deliverables of the Payable team.
• Ensure Payable are accurately, completely reflected in the financial books in a timely manner and payment runs are completed when due;
• Manage all supplier payments in accordance with the credit limits;
• To validate and process staff claims and ensure accurate accounting;
• To process and account for vendor invoices.
• To assist TL Payable in supplier reconciliation to assist in Outstations regulatory and Vendor payments;
• Liaising with internal teams to process agency credits.
• Ensuring timely reconciliation of various Payment partners and other clearing accounts.
• Responsible for reconciliation of various cement project  accounts and preparation of schedules thereof after necessary rectification entries.
• Ensuring proper recharges of business costs and reconciliation of employee advances and control accounts.
• Responsible for ensuring adherence to basic accounting conventions and principles related to general ledger accounting.
• Responsible for the preparation of certain audit schedules and other information that may be needed.

Qualification :

  Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent qualification
