Description
Background:
- Solve the problems of users from different functions, HR, Sales Buzz,….
- Help in enhance and improve current systems
- Develop new reports from business applications (sales buzz ,Oracle EBS, …)
- Modify existing reports in ( sales buzz, Oracle EBS,.…)
- Monitoring, solving problems and following up the status of some old systems, if any
- Organise and supervise the activities and work of peers to ensure that all work is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy
- Help in Implementing approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to peers and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
- Supervises and support the day-to-day operations of business application to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
- Academic and professional qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor in software engineering
- Experience:
- 3-5 years relevant experience in Business application
