Customer Service Manager (f / m / x)
As Customer Service Manager of the Customer Data Services department, you make a significant contribution to the successful business relationship with corporate customers and institutional clients.
Your experience in dealing with customers makes an important contribution to building the customer relationship. Your knowledge in the area of ​​regulatory requirements and Know Your Customer (KYC) ensures that the bank fulfills your legal obligations.

What you can expect:
Implementation of regulatory requirements and RBI compliance guidelines as part of customer-oriented E2E processes (especially customer onboarding)
