 Duration: 1 year ( 3 months probation)

 Duties and responsibilities:

KEY TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a focal point for all travel and transport-related matters including flight bookings, processing/follow-up of visas, passport registration procedures upon arrival, arranging accommodation requirement.
  • Ensure SUDIA travel policy and procedures are consistently met by staff and contractors travelling with the organization.
  • Undertake periodic inspection of equipment and office furniture/fixtures and ensure these are properly maintained and in working order.
  •  Maintain vehicle/generator logs and maintenance schedules/records and fuel stocks.
  •  Liaising with the Humanitarian Aid Commission (HAC) and other government agencies on business related matters and requirements.
  • Ensure the timely payment of fees for utilities and business-related services and ensuren basic services remain uninterrupted.
  • Execute banking processes as required.
  • Provide support and participate in procurement activities as required.
  • Regularly inspect assets and equipment and replace/dispose of unwanted or broken assets/equipment as per procedures and regulations.
  • Participate in meetings and undertake other relevant duties/tasks as required.
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
Qualifications & Experience:
  • bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of relvant experience.
  • driving licence.

Skills/Abilites:

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
