Brief Description:

Responsible for effectively selling power generator sets for all Customers in different sectors and territories to achieve maximum sales profitability and growth . Act as a  direct point of contact with a customer and in charge of ensuring a customer’s Inquires and needs are  professionaly met.

 Duties and responsibilities:

 

  1. Generate new customer accounts as well as service and maintain existing accounts
  2. Analyze customer needs and interests and determine how company products and services can best meet their needs.
  3. Recommend and sell manufactured generator sets, accessories and related equipment utilizing knowledge of power generators sets.
  4. Achieve sales goals and forecasts, as established by the department and the organization
  5. Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  6. Provide management oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, market situation, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services
  7. Assure a professional appearance when communicate with customers
  8. Assist in formulation of marketing plans
  9. Develop brand awareness
  10. Maintaining client records.
  11. Conduct all business transactions in an ethical manner
     Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

    Qualifications / Experience:

    • Candidates must have at least a bachelor's degree in business, marketing or relevant field.
    • Least1- 2 years experience as outdoor sales engineer/representative in relevant field.
    • Experience in sales techniques, planning and implementing sales strategies.
    • Experience in developing customer and relationship management.
    • Experience with Customer quotation, Client retention, Price quotations and Proposal writing.

    Knowledge and Skills required:
