Job Description
1-Basic Function and Scope:
Keeping field wells production and operation smooth and safe.
2- Accountabilities:
Check and record gas lift wells parameters including: TP, CP, FP, and injection pressure, gas injection flow rate and Temp daily.
Check and record BPU wells parameters including: TP, CP, FP, and Temp daily, at same time check the BPU running status.
Check and record ESP wells parameters including: TP, CP, FP, BP, Current, and Temp daily.
Check and record gas wells parameters including: TP, CP, FP, and Temp daily,
Check and record water injection wells parameters including: TP, CP, Temp, and water injection pump outlet pressure frequency,
current daily;
Check the safety equipments of facilities and peoples.
Check and record all PCP parameters including: TP, CP, FP, Temp, Freq, and current one time per three days, and check wells
running status two times per shift.
Check and record the transfer pump parameters of OGM,s per day including filter pressure, inlet pressure, outlet pressure, flow
line temp, lube oil level, and pump running status;
Test all wells production rate according to schedule.
Flush flow line job of wells and OGM,s and record it.
Clean sand traps of high sand cut wells and record it.
Cooperate with maintenance teams, production section and contractors.
Issue work permits of any hot, cold, radioactive and excavation jobs.
Reclaim and pack fill mud and unloading pits.
Calculation daily production (oil and gas).
Took over wells after finish work over.
Commissioning any new facilities.
3- Minimum Requirements:
BSC or Diploma in science Engineering discipline or equivalent from recognized university.
Be good at English communication, including speaking and writing.
Valid Sudanese driving license.
4- Work Environment:
Oil and Gas field environment
5- Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries:
Exposed to prevailing weather conditions, heat, long time driving and dirt. While carrying out outside inspections
6- Work Contacts:
Frequently contact with foreman and labors.
Provides work report to foreman.
Provides work orders to labors.
