 Duties and responsibilities:
  • Preparations of debit notes & follow up of Inter-company balance.
  • Verify business travel expenses.
  • Follow up of standing orders.
  • Other duties assigned by Finance Manager.
  • Verify Sanction Screening process are in place for any transaction.
  • Ensure the financial accounts are closed on time and without errors.
  • Sending actual P&L and BS data in BPC format.
  • Assist FSS in any queries.
  • Verification of journal entries for salaries & wages and others.
  • Calculation and preparing journal entries for tax.
  • Responsible for GL reconciliation.
  • Ensure actual final data (P&L and BS) to be input on time in BPC.
  • Review of Provision accounts.
  • Review of purchase order & action long outstanding.
  • Ensure Corp tax is paid on time.
  • Assist planning & reporting in COPLAN.
  • Ensure an effective interim audit.
  • Yearend activities.
  • To co-ordinate the preparation and analysis of the financial accounts, management reports and to provide accurate and timely information to help management monitor ongoing performance.
  • Contribute to ensuring a strong system of internal controls within the Finance department.
  • To proactively monitor the Inter-company debts and creditors with a view to improve the working capital.
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

*Minimum Qualification:

  • BSC Degree major in Finance and Solid - Accounting Background.
  • Understanding of taxation requirements.
  • Good experience on ERP software.

*Skills and Experience Required:

  • 3-5 years’ experience.
  • Excellent in MS office.
  • Good English speaking and writing.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time Management.
