Background:
ROLE PURPOSE: The role holder is responsible for providing an overall coordination and management for all programs implemented in the respective Field offices including personnel management. S/he represents save the Children in the respective state level meetings and also establishes excellent liaising and networking with all local stakeholders to enhance relationship and program ownership and implementation.
In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly. |
