Description
Ensures P&C service delivery throughout the Employee Life Cycle is provided in an effective and efficient manner by consulting the M&S function to identify key P&C challenges and opportunities. Partners the P&C specialists to input into the design and development of P&C solutions relevant in executing the overall Country P&C Strategy to drive business results. Accountable for managing the prioritization and implementation of P&C initiatives and requirements from the Corporate P&C , Country P&C as well as the Business.
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or Social Science from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3-5 years Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Good written and spoken English. Arabic an advantage
