Our Client is a group of companies based in South Sudan looking to hire for positions in their subsidiary companies. The role will be based in South Sudan

JOB PURPOSE:

The Corporate Sales/ Marketing Executive will be responsible for business development and developing a client base for bulk sales of petroleum products to NGO’s, Business Organizations and Government Agencies. The incumbent will develop marketing and sales plan, coordinate and implement the plans to achieve set targets on corporate bulk sales.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
  • Build and sustain clients through calls, correspondence and representations
  • Proactively identify new potential clients, initiate, follow up and close the sales
  • Identify new avenues and prospects for the sale of company products and arrange for presentations
  • Negotiate prices when necessary
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends
  • Prospect for new business and manage customer follow-up systems
  • Attend exhibitions in which the company is exhibiting when necessary to meet new and existing clients
  • Prepare and make a report on market analysis, competitor analysis and market trends

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Sales role
    2. Strong written and verbal communications skills
    3. Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
    4. Strong influencing ability and compelling communication skills
    5. Must be presentable
    6. Computer literate
    7. Prior experience working in a commissioned role in a printing, media or insurance sales is a plus
