Job Description
• Prepare and submit Commercial & Technical Proposals and Quotations.
• Reviews client specifications and project documents carefully before proposal preparation.
• Communicate with sub-vendor or sub-contractors to get offers.
• Prepare accurate take-off, bill of materials and required man-hours of the bid.
• Attend meeting with clients during bid clarifications or kick-off meetings.
• Receive and review customer purchase orders to identify any discrepancies (e.g., pricing, delivery, payments, penalty, warranty, etc.)
• Acknowledge customer purchase order if there are no discrepancies and approved by the Sales Manager.
• Record job/sales orders and change orders to JDE.
• Dedicate his time to achieve his monthly and annual sales target vs. the annual budget.
• Ensuring that the requirements of ISO 9001 and EMS 14001 are being implemented and maintained.
Requirements :
• Minimum 5 years working experience.
• Experience as Sales Support Engineer or similar field of work.
• Extensive knowledge especially in electrical services and automation business
• Proficient in English language.
• Computer literate.
• Sales and Negotiation skills
• BS Electrical Engineering
