Background:
Job Purpose:
To monitor the company inventories levels such as ON-hand or In-pipe VS sales forecast to liaise on with respective brand managers to plan for needed materials and to participate in estimating future product demand in order to enable smooth operation and troubleshoot breakdowns along the chain as well as respond fluidly to unexpected events.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Sales Analysis
Review sales plans and compare it with stock-on-hand to set the final sales plans on monthly bases in order to ensure proper ordering and reach sales targets .
- Master Planning
Formulate and develop Sales and operations planning process (S&OP) & cross-functional team meetings to formulate DIAC's order plans.
- Supply Chain Processes Analysis
Track and monitor the performance of supply chain functions (Sourcing & Purchases, Sales, etc.…) ensuring all requests are handled within targeted lead times. Disseminate and communicate Standard operating procedures [SOP’s] and policies and report any deviation from, or violation to these SOP’s or policies.
- Procurement & Service contracts process
Sourcing new suppliers or services providers to supply DIAC's needs. Support making buying/service contracting decisions under our conditions, evaluate and repair the procumbent SOP to ensure it's up to standards.
- SOP process
Disseminate and communicate Standard operating procedures [SOP’s] and policies and report any deviation from, or violation to these SOP’s or policies.
- Reporting Analysis
Report daily dispatch plan adherence to stand on the customer satisfaction level and keep a log of customers complains (internal or external.
- Pricing and Invoicing
Review and approve invoicing and the provided prices to ensure compliance with contract and authorities.
- Inventory Management
Setup and establish accurate Order Points (Max & Min) and Define the Add/Remove from Stock Procedure to ensure availability of the parts and to achieve the targeted inventory turnover.
- Team Supervision
Provide effective people management in resourcing and recruitment, performance management, staff development and coaching of direct reports for overall effectiveness and optimal performance.
- Other Accountabilities
Relief/backup Supply chain inbound activities.

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field
- Professional Certification in Supply Chain (Desirable)
- MSc , MBA degree (Desirable)
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in Supply Chain environment
- Minimum 3 years experience in Agriculture Industry (Desirable)
