Description

Background:

The purpose of this role is to manage and facilitate all Training & Development Operational processes and tools to  deliver high quality workforce learning solutions for Elnefeidi Group of Companies in order to contribute to providing a superior learning experience that adds value to the company and achieve delivery excellence.

 

 Duties and responsibilities:
  1.  Consolidate TNA data and feedback from SBUs and compile, monitor Learning Demands-Supply process and status in conjunction with the SBUs
  2. Delivery of operational processes in order to implement the Training calendar and learning plan based on the identified and agreed business needs.
  3. Organize and schedule class, send invitations, monitor enrollment, contact vendor(s), instructors, arrange material  printing, shipping arrangement and communications to learners and instructors.
  4. Contribute towards T&D operational process improvement and actively work with key decision makers to support the development strategy
  5. In conjunction with the T&D Manager support the effective implementation of the company PMS programs  (awareness, execution reporting and recordkeeping).
  6. ​Prepare monthly reports and statistics of all training activites in the T&D operation

  • Ability to engage people through excellent spoken and written communication

  • Multi- tasking skills
  • Relationship management to work with vendors, partners, colleagues and instructors
  • Ability to evaluate training activities and program effectiveness
  • Time management and punctualityPotentiality  to conduct training sessions

Experience (indicate depth & breadth)

+3 -4 years of in-depth experience in HRD (+ 2 years of L&D is a must)
