Job Purpose:

To lead the overall supervision of employees, coordinating logistical processes & ensuring the smooth flow of operations in the area of Machinery, Parts & Inputs to support and drive standardized Warehouse and logistical operations.

• Team Supervision
  Supervise the warehouse team through day to day warehousing processes and plan the required training and coaching in order to ensure the team is well equipped with the necessary skills to meet business needs and achieve high levels of performance.
• Daily Activities Assigning
  Manage and direct daily activities for warehouse keepers and labors, including resolving personnel issues, assigning work, and adjusting staffing as needed. And direct execution of tasks to ensure high standards of productivity, quality, accuracy, housekeeping, and safety.
• Warehouse Organizing 
  Supervise the organization of parts in warehouse taking into consideration the safety standards, in order to provide maximum efficiency within the parts warehouse area and also to create a safely environment for warehouse staff.
• Warehouse Appearance
  Develop and maintain general appearance of warehouse by making sure that the warehouse meets the highest standards of cleanliness, parts are binned in correct locations, cartons are cleared out and pallets are removed. Also yard area shall be in a very clean condition at all times, bins are properly labeled at receiving area, delivery area are kept clean and organized to ensure warehouse efficiency and reduce errors.
• Parts Pinpointing
  Ensure Parts are picked up and delivered to customers at a convenient time to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Consignments Checkup
  Check Consignments against invoices for quantity and parts numbers, report immediately any discrepancies in terms of quantity (short/excess), or damaged parts in order to ensure proper stock management.
• Stock Keeping
  Perform periodic cycle counts and stock, takes and report obsolete and damaged parts to inventory section in order to maintain updated and accurate records of inventory and maintain value of the current assets.
• Continuous Improvement
  Comply with warehouse and management systems and working practices in line with best practice and continuous improvement. Minimize and eliminate all types of job waste and adopt lean/kaizen practices and approaches when and as necessarily ensuring maximum efficiently.
• Receiving and Issuing Processes
  Supervise the receiving and issuing processes to ensure shipments are received/shipped, checked and binned/shipped.
  Supervise and control orders picking, outbound, and inbound operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock adjustment.
• Quality Assurance
  Conduct safety, security procedures and assure high levels of cleanliness  as well as reports and plan the maintenance of machinery and equipments in all warehouse areas in order to maintain and surpass quality expectations and standards required from the department.
• Warehouse Safety
  Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Health and Safety (HSE) procedures and ensuring the understanding and practice by the team at all times ensuring safety of personnel.
• Warehouse Reports
  Maintain daily and weekly reporting package (invoice delivery reports, advise note report ...etc) and maintain proper and comprehensive documentation of all warehouse activities, in order to optimize parts business and profitability.
• Inventory Control
  Maintain parts inventory to achieve the targeted turn over and availability percentage.
  Monitor and control stores by conducting perpetual and cycle stock counts and report findings to management.
• Other Accountabilities          
  Any additional tasks requested by the superior manager.

Education:

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field.                      Experience:

• Minimum 5-8 years work experience in warehousing.
