Background:
The warehouse Officer works under the guidance and supervision of the Logistics coordinator to Facilitate the reception, handling, warehousing, dispatching, and record keeping of all stock on site which arrives on site, purchased on site, used on site and dispatched to other locations.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the warehouse as per IMC guideline and standards
- Responsible for receiving non-medical supplies, medical supplies, equipment, etc. in the warehouse. Checks that the items received correspond with the waybills and generates the required paper work to confirm receipt.
- Responsible for preparation and dispatching non-medical supplies, medical supplies and equipment to field offices as per GIOs and distribution plans
- Responsible for keeping updated warehouse documentation and records of all transaction on a daily basis. This includes the invoices, waybills; goods release notes, good issue orders, and stock cards
- Responsible for keeping updated filing system, both on paper and online (scanned copies)
- Responsible for Update stock records on a daily basis
- Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of monthly stock reports
- Responsible for Conduct monthly inventory spot check with immediate supervisor
- Ensure quarterly Warehouse Inspection as per IMC standard policy and procedure
- Responsible for proper storage and organization of the warehouse as per IMC logistics guidelines
- Responsible for securing items under his or her responsibility
- All transactions; IN and OUT of the warehouse MUST be scanned on weekly basis and uploaded on specific folder on Share point per donor grant separately
- Ensure the warehouse is clean all the time and commodities are properly stacked at all times
- Ensure any tasks assigned by the direct supervisor
Gift in Kind - GIK
Ensures GIKs are reported and tracked- ensures the donation documents and sent to the GIK reporting officer and the donation tracking sheet is provided.
Follow-up on the proper GIK management - ensure GIK are stored separately and labeled, separate filing system is set up and monthly tracking is conducted.
- Actively promote PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) standards within International Medical Corps and amongst beneficiaries served by International Medical Corps.”

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
- University degree in relevant field of study
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in warehouse, store or pharmacy
- Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft word and Excel
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Willing to work long in a multi-cultural environment.
- Must be able and willing to and travel to the deep field locations.

Salary and Benefits: -
- International Medical Corps (IMC) offers a very competitive salary and benefit to its employees. The employee shall receive a monthly gross salary of USD 666.
- Additionally, IMC offers different package of allowances including 31.55 USD as medical allowance per month. IMC also pays one-month basic salary as bonus once every year during Ramadan month {Eid Alfitr}
