Description
Leonard Paper Company is looking for an Entry Level Customer Service Representative who will process orders for delivery and resolve product and service problems.
The primary duties for this position as follows but not limited to:
- Receive, process and verify the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing our internal system
- Able to handle a high volume of phone orders
- Solve customer issues and complaints
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
