Duties:
•Guide employees through their development
•Develop department wide reports on progress
•Give constructive criticism to managers
•Ensure that the department budget is being met
•Implement department wide procedures
•Ensure that the organization is meeting its goals
•Develop and implement strategies aiming to promote the organization’s mission and long term goals for the organization.
•Create complete business plans for the attainment of goals and objectives set by the board of directors.
•Build an effective team of leaders by providing guidance and coaching to subordinate managers.
•Ensure adherence of the organization’s daily activities and long-term plans to established policies and legal guidelines.
Qualification & Requirements:
•BSc. Of Business Administration, Management or any related field- MBA or Master’s is an advantage.
•Minimum 7-10 years of Experience in Related Field
•Related Experience Filed: 3 years
•Ability to create reports and presentations
•Great public speaking skills
•Good knowledge of IT / Computer background
•Ability to work independently and in a team
•Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
•Ability to give managers constructive criticism
•Incredible communication skills
•Ability to develop new company policies
•Excellent experience in planning and budgeting and acknowledge of business process and functions (Operations, Finance, HR, etc)
•Excellent communication skills, leadership skills and outstanding organizational skills
•Must have High administrative and executive capabilities and skills.
•Must be fluent in English Language.
