Description
Our Exciting Opportunity:
We are now looking for a First Level Operations Specialist that will be responsible for the coordination, management, execution, and reactive maintenance activities. This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
You will:
- Supervising the current existing nodes in the production environment to ensure system availability and stability.
- Generating reports as per customers' requirements. Bugs solving and reporting.
- Follow up with the support team and developer in case of reporting a system bug or maintenance. Resolving customers inquiries.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
- Good knowledge of database (Oracle and MySQL) and the ability to write sophisticated SQL scripts.
- Basic understanding of REST and SOAP web services. Familiarity with Java and Java EE programming tools.
- Base knowledge in Linux.
- 0-2 years of experience.
