Job Purpose: To lead in the review of Muslim Aid Sudan employee related policies ensuring conformity with legal requirements and best practices within Sudan and the Humanitarian sector.

Duties and responsibilities:
Specific Responsibilities: Employee Handbook Review Review and revise handbook in accordance with Sudan legal requirements and best practices
Policy Review Review and revise related policies to ensure compliance with related legal provisions
Employee Templates Review and revise employee related templates employee agreement, temporary agreement, secondment agreements and consultant agreements

Deadline to submit the expression of interest is 18th June, 2020 Assessment and award of Consultancy Muslim Aid will evaluate all submitted proposals and award assignment based on 50% technical competency and 50% financial proposal. MA reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal received without giving reasons and is not bound to accept the lowest or highest bidder. Only those shortlisted will be contacted. Subcontracting of the consultancy will not be accepted. |
