Description
Your new challenges
Review of the functions (monitoring / supervision) of services / processes in the production
environment Preparation and delivery of data
Analysis of malfunctions / problems, elaboration of possible solutions with implementation proposals as well as rectification of malfunctions and restoration of the service
Review of capacities and creation of reports of the server landscape
Preparation and implementation of production
takeovers Analysis of trends and risks as well as preparation of forecasts and changes in requirements taking into account the required effort and costs
Creation and updating of IT documentation
Coordination and communication with service providers and internal customers
Complete coordination of the client hardware LiveCycle
hardware purchase as well as setup and commissioning
Support in moving and decommissioning old and local systems / services in group environments / solutions
Your background
You have completed training in the IT area (e.g. HTL, IT specialist, IT apprenticeship)
At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of IT operations
Sound knowledge of the different systems (Windows, Linux, virtualization) as well as techniques and tools (Nagios, PowerShell, Bash)
Distinct customer and service orientation with high quality standards
Independence and responsible action
Hands on mentality, pragmatism and high team spirit
Careful and purposeful act and provide fault tolerance and a high level of stress resistance
Very good communication skills in English and German

We offer a collectively agreed gross fixed annual salary from € 35,000 with the willingness to overpay depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
