Responsibilities
Leadership and People Management
- Support and cheers respective IT team and leverages capabilities within the Market/Factory.
- Self manages resolution of possible conflicts and helps team’s/project groups to negotiate through disagreements.
Strategy
- Ensures required support for the legacy ERP, SFA and HRA system etc.
- Drives design, development and implementation of the Business Application's systems.
- Ensure benefit realization through its proactive translation of existing gaps, quick-wins and utilization of existing systems to drive business benefit on the investment.
Polices & Procedures.
- Demonstrate high level of compliance with corporate IT policies, process, procedures etc.
- Ensure internal and external audit queries are minimized if not eliminated.
- Ensure information security compliance i.e. including business continuity.
Customer Support and Relations
- Establish, improve an maintain strong relationship with executive, business and user community as well as peers.
Internal and External Service Providers (Business Application's systems/services)
- Establishes effective working relationships with Internal and External IT Service Providers.
- Responsible for selection, contract preparation and execution, in coordination with Legal/PPO. Ensures timely and sufficient fulfillment of commitments by Providers.
Budget Management
- Responsible for planning and execution of the IT AP/SP budgets (for Business Application's systems/services) and any adjustments through LE process.
To perform any other tasks given by the direct manager including participation in functional/cross-functional projects.
Profile
- University Degree in Computer or Technical Science or strong IT background (additional business education is a plus)
- Experience in managing application especially those custom developed within JTI environment.
- Fluent with business process of marketing & sales, GSC etc
- Practical Project Management & Unified Management language, Practical knowledge of agile software development methods, especially use requirement specification etc., Arabic and English fluent
