Job Description
• Develop and execute strategic plans for the business.
• Management of business budget, development of regular resource and strategy forecasts/reviews
• Review marketing, activity reports and other performance data in order to measure productivity and goal achievement. Determine areas that need improvement.
• Responsible for distributors, channel and Field Force teams’ relationship management.
• Recommend process and systems improvement to enhance quality and efficiency within the business.
Requirements :
• Minimum 5 years experience working in a leadership/management role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing.
• Proven experience in developing structured and cost effective brand development strategies.
• Proven experience in distribution management:- motivating partners to improve business growth.
• Fluent English speaker.
