Responsibilities

  • Makes preliminary technical and financial data gathering for the investment projects.
  • Gathers financial information of the investment projects, evaluate and maintain proper data availability on project progress. Prepare specs/scope of works where needed for BAP purposes or project developments. Create BAP documents in the BAP system.
  • Implements investment projects within full communication with the requester department. Ensures that projects are compliant with technical standards and CAPEX management policies and procedures.
  • Prepares Capex reports and Cash Flow Forecasts in accordance with project engineering managers and create relative WBS in EAM and SAP systems and all related systems submissions
  • Manages outside engineering services, contractors and equipment vendors to implement project within budget and schedule in accordance with JTI standards of quality and EHS measures.
  • Adapts and applies Global Engineering, factory and regional initiatives and best practices to improve factories performance
  • Assists management systems (ISO 9001, 50001 and 14001 &500001) implementations, improvements and documentation. Assures full compliance of Project activities (carried out by JTI personnel or contractors) to EHS initiatives and standards
  • Performs any other tasks given by the direct manager.

Profile

  • B.SC. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical&Electronics)
  • Min 3 years experience in similar field is recommended.
  • Competency in MS office S/W packages.
  • Proficiency in English, autocad knowledge is an asset
