At least 6 months of practical experience based on full-time equivalents in customer service in the financial services sector. Know-how in the field of alternative investments is an advantage.
Completed business education
Sales -oriented personality with great passion for customer service
Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
Independent work with teamwork at the same time
Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented mindset and high flexibility
Hands-on mentality, openness to changes and new challenges, zest for action and overarching commitment outside the box
Perfect knowledge of German, very good knowledge of English
willingness to travel
