Establishes plans for the Installation , Operation and maintenance of electrical maintenance and modernization of systems and supervision of the operation and maintenance of electrical |
|
Duties and responsibilities:
- Assembling all electrical schemes of the system from control Panels , machine control programs , lighting , schemes , power outlets , sup-distribution panels , factory load schemes , cable tracks and manholes
- Maintenance of the transformer or feeders for the factory
- Mantenance of all low pressure plates In the factory
- Maintenance of all control panels for the operation of equipment engines In the factory
- Maintenance of all equipment In the factory In whole or In part
- Mantenance of all lighting lamps In the factory (General , Emergency)
- Coordinates with other parties In the Installation operation and maintenance and supervises the receipt tests In the Installation , Operation and maintenance
- Plans and evaluates Installation work , plans and evaluate operation and maintenance works , approves and performs executive work programs for Installation , Operation and maintenance , Issues and develops Instructions for Installation , operation and maintenance
- Prepares spare parts requests supervises the provision of workshops , Tools and materials
- Prepare periodic reports on Installation , Operation and maintenance
- Conduct studies on the economics of operating electrical machines and systems In terms of type of machines , Power factors
- Supervises the receipt and delivery tests In the Installation , Operation and maintenance works and establishes the technical specifications
- Provides technical consultations related to Installation , Operation , Maintenance , Expansions and modifications related to electrical machinery systems and switches , Heating and Air conditioning systems , elevators , conveyors and electric winches
- Strengthens the foundations and procedures of occupational safety and health and provides means of protection and prevention
Other responsibilities:
- Any other tasks entrusted to It In relation to Its field of work

- Not less than 3 years In the same field
Professional abilities and skills:
- Familiarity with the production processes of the facility details of rotation of machinery , equipment and machinery

- Knowledge in Control System
- Knowledge in automatic control
- Knowledge in pneumatic System
Personal abilities and skills:
- Work under pressure
- Computer skills
- Facing problems and developing solutions

Duration of the work:
- The duration of the Job shall not be less than 5 years and not more than 10 years
Promotions:
- After the expiry of the Secretary's work , If It obtain a cumulative GPA of at least 90% In his annual evaluation report He shall be promoted to a higher position.
Evaluation Criteria:
- The result of Internal audits on the Implementation of quality management procedures related to the job through the management of quality system
- Reports of attendance / absence and Commitment through administrative affairs
- Weekly reports submitted to his Immediate boss
- Reports of the Chairperson
- Any evaluation criteria determined by the regulations of the Foundation ,The General management , The Executive Manager or his Authorized representative
