The person will manage a small team responsible for a discreet portfolio of awards. The position will be also responsible for capacity building of staff and improving internal ways of working.Contract Duration: 6 months with possibility for extensionLocation: KhartoumQualifications

  • Professional qualification relating to business, finance, accounting or international development or related field with experiences 6-9 years in related field.
  • Highly organized approach to Project Management
  • A significant work experience in humanitarian and development programs internationally.
  • Demonstrated field experience.
  • Knowledge of Sudan context
  • Programme design skills, including capacity to prepare logical, coherent, and consistent documents including log frames.
  • Prior demonstrated experience for institutional donors (e.g. ECHO, USAID, UNICEF, EU.)
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively with project members in various locations and from multiple organizations, including remote writing and revising relevant documents;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Prior experience of facilitating multi-stakeholder’s workshops and dialogues;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic;
