planning and organization of the entire group travel:
tenders
development of group programs from across the TUI portfolio
management of Travel
monitoring and control of quotas

Completed apprenticeship as a travel agency assistant or several years of professional experience in a travel agency or tour operator area
Comprehensive industry and company knowledge System knowledge
: IRIS.plus and Amadeus
Very good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent knowledge of German and English Enjoying
dealing with customers
