Description

Your challenges
Friendly and professional reception as well as hosting of guests, applicants and customers
Professional support of the telephone system and forwarding of inquiries to the specialist department
First point of contact for suppliers, customers, business partners and employees
Personal assistance (administration, application management, time registration and participation in HR projects)
Support in the organization of further training measures and follow-up.
Travel bookings via international Traveling Tool Office
material management and office material orders
Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
Support in various organizational and administrative matters
Your tasks
Completed commercial training (HASCH / HAK / HBLA or equivalent) or you are currently studying
friendly, sympathetic phone voice
Friendly, well-groomed and winning appearance and communication
strength Above average customer and service orientation
Excellent good German and English skills
Very good MS Office knowledge , in particular Powerpoint and Excel
