We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Project Manager to join our team on the forefront of managing key projects and work-streams that help HR at AIG continually transform, evolve, and improve. You will support large-scale user testing execution and manage a portfolio of projects that span all areas of HR, including but not limited to: Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Mergers/Acquisitions, and HR Strategy. You will partner with global teams within HR and IT and work with stakeholders throughout the company.

This position can be located in any part of the country working remotely

What you'll do:

  • Design and execute project testing methodology and approach
  • Manage user testing design and execution, focusing on stakeholder management and employee experience
  • Create and manage testing and project management documentation, deliverables, and other materials
  • Oversee small to medium size projects within Human Resources
  • Drive project execution according to plan and schedule and project management best practices
  • Deliver high quality outcomes on time within agreed-to-budget with superior quality
  • Provide consistency in terms of reporting, inter-dependencies, and risk mitigation
  • Understand business needs and requirements, manage stakeholders, and prioritize customer satisfaction as a key tenet of project execution
  • Ensure compliance to project management methodology guidelines and testing best practices
  • Collaborate with other project managers, HR colleagues, and business partners to continuously improve process and delivery

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years' experience working with Human Resources related projects preferred in a corporate environment (either as a consultant or employee)
  • 5+ years' experience as a project manager in a corporate environment (either as a consultant or employee)
  • Knowledge of HR systems like Workday is an advantage
  • Proven experience designing and managing user testing for system implementations and/or HR projects
  • Working knowledge of project management best practices and governance processes
  • Familiarity with key areas of corporate HR
  • Comfortable working and being proactive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Comfortable working with virtual teams and international partners
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Bachelor’s Degree
