 Background:
 Duties and responsibilities:

To ensure that the company's labor resources are provided, evaluated and developed in the best way, and in the framework of the company policies. It is his/her main responsibility to perform duties under his/her responsibility in accordance with Human Resources procedures, to create records and to perform the duties / actions that are required for the continuity of the job, other than the job description.

 

  • Working in accordance with company procedures and rules,
  • Updating the existing personnel list preparation for payroll ,
  • Entering and updating the missing data to the HR Information System (ERP, Payroll) systems.
  • Editing personal files, completing missing documents, transferring them to electronic environment,
  • Following the signature process of authorization forms, inserting signed forms into personal files and logging into the logo payroll system,
  • To follow the employee payroll records, to report and control them weekly,
  • Personnel Recruitment Process (creating advertisements, posting ads on portals, screening and responding to candidates, organizing and conducting interviews for all positions, offering job offers to approved candidates and following up the process of collecting documents, etc.),
  • Personnel Placement Process (To inform the candidate of the date of commencement and list of required documents, to order  company entrance card),
  • Filing the documents under his / her responsibility in electronic and physical environment.
  • Preparing the monthly HR report for company management & any other reports requested by the management.
  • Coordinating with HSE dept. For the required monthly trainings for new recruits.
  • Preparing the Annual plan for staff trainging in coordination with the company  Learning & Develoment Plan
  • In coordination with the HR Director , create the Business HR Metrics reports as necessary .

 

 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor degree in business administration or any related field
  • Minimum three years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Excellent english langauge skills
  • Excellent computer skills in using Excel , Word , Powerpoint .. ect
