IT In-House Consultant HR (female / male / female)
Your tasks:
Overall support and IT support for internal customers in the HR environment in organizational, technical and technical terms.
Contact person for all matters of the responsible departments with your HR applications, especially HR core systems (eg SAP Success Factors, Oracle eBS HCM, Workday) as well as Firstbird and REXX for the area of recruiting and cornerstorne for the area of learning and performance management.
Structured requirements gathering and documentation, support of product owners and special matter experts with regard to prioritizing and structuring user stories and epics.
Support in the operation of the solutions (incident, problem and vendor management).
Creation of reports and ad-hoc evaluations using SQL. If necessary, further data analysis and preparation with MS Office (Excel / Access)
Your qualification:
Completed technical college or university (technical or economic studies).
+ 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the financial services industry or with IT providers.
Technical know-how in the HR area
"Agile mindset": Knowledge and practical experience with agile methods.
Good IT application knowledge in at least one of the above applications
Experience and know-how regarding Databases / SQL (MS SQL Server, Oracle) as well as reporting, experience with data and / or interface analysis.
Experience in the areas of application management, ie in the care of the users and in ensuring the day-to-day business
Customer orientation, good communication skills in German and English
High teamwork ability, result-oriented and structured way of working
Proactive appearance and solution orientation
