 Duties and responsibilities:
  • Responsible of Exported - Imported goods delivery and their custom clearance processes.
  • Managing all type pf shipments processes Air freight, sea freight & land shipping
  • Prepare all required documents (bill of lading, invoices & supporting documents) for Export - Import procedures.
  • Preparing all required documents for custom clearance
  • Preparing all transaction documents for the bank related to export agreements.
  • Planning and managing Export– Import procedure and ensure they meet deadlines.
  • Work closely with both Directors of Logistics and Sales to ensure customer channel expansion activity is executed with excellence.
  • Oversee the movement, distribution, and storage of materials and inventory.
  • Negotiate shipping and supplier costs.
  • Manage budget for logistics processes.
  • Strategize cost reducing tactics and efficiency improvements.
  • Conducts quarterly and annual capacity analysis and report & present findings.
  • Preparing quarterly and annual report on department performance.
  • Provides assistance/guidance to management/departments on matters related to Supply Chain.

 

 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supply planning, distribution & fulfilment, production planning/master scheduling role (preferably for a manufacturer of consumer products).
  • BS/MS/MBA in Supply Chain, Engineering or Science.
  • International outsourced manufacturing and business experience preferable.
  • Excellent english language & computer skills.
  • Experience using MRP/ERP systems, databases and spreadsheets as required.
  • Experience leading a logistics organization and managing third party providers.
  • Effective communicator and time manager.
  • Motivated, results oriented management style.
