Maintenance Specialist

Duties and responsibilities:

Works well with all departments, co-operating and coordinating works to ensure that all equipment is optimized and running efficiently.
Responds promptly to all breakdowns, ensuring that equipment is returned effectively to production, whilst causing minimum disruption to its continuity and without compromising product quality or safety.
Carries out planned maintenance activities in line with maintenance schedules and helps to develop and maintain schedules in line with requirements.
Ensures that all equipment, processes and fixtures are fully compliant with organizational and legislative health and safety requireme
Strong mechanical repair/troubleshooting and skills
Must be able to satisfactorily demonstrate proficiency in Machine Repair, Machine Tool Operations
Functional knowledge of mechanical components ( production machinery , chillers, cooling tower, etc.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem solving skills with focus on attention to detail.
Be able to work both in independently and in a team environment completing objectives efficiently with a sense of responsibility.

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

Education: Diploma in mechanical/Engineer or Vocational training certificate mechanical/Engineer

Experience:1 - 3 years of experience in an Industrial Maintenance environment Must be willing and able to work overtime if need.
