Description
Manage and supervise project activities to ensure compliance with requested services and expected quality.Duties and responsibilities:
- Perform sites inspections and complete quality control checklist to ensure compliance with client agreements and acceptable performance
- Report on non-conformities and follow up on needed corrective measures
- Conduct staff trainings related to gardening and landscaping activities and safety
- Handle distributions of supplies and monitor their use based on projects needs and set budgets
- Provide accurate, valid and complete reports to General Manager
- Hold a shared responsibility with the Operations Manager for the recruitment of new service providers
- Ensure the implementation of the company’s quality management system and provide feedback and support for regular improvement
- Other duties as assigned GM
Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
- University Degree in Agricultural engineer landscapingor similar field
- 5 years of experience in similar position
- Excellent Computer, MS Office skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Professionalism: Proven expertise in area of Agricultural engineering
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Proven effective M&E skills;
- Planning: Proven ability to establish priorities and to plan, organize, coordinate and monitor own work plan and provide advice and guidance to others;
- Judgment/Decision-making: Demonstrated sound judgment in resolving issues/problems; ability to proactively seek and recommend sound policy initiatives;
