Sales Expert- Lead Generation (f/m/d)
What´s your impact?
- You are part of the sales process and take responsibility for a large part of new customer acquisition
- You are responsible for the acquisition, qualification and preparation of leads with subsequent transfer to Sales
- You research addresses of potential customers and take over the quality control in the CRM system
- You deepen the contact to our interested parties and thus form the basis for successful acquisition of new customers
- In doing so, you also break new ground and develop creative strategies, for example by using social media
- You support marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and provide the marketing department with feedback on the campaigns from the perspective of interested parties
- Locations: Mannheim, Cologne, Munich
How do you stand out?
- You are a likeable and at the same time empathetic personality with the talent to inspire other people
- You enjoy dealing with people, appear polite and have a high service orientation
- You have an affinity for modern technologies and IT consulting
- You understand working with different social media channels as a matter of course
- You are communicative and know how to build up a bond with your conversation partner on the phone and stay present in people's minds
- Experience in marketing, internal sales or lead management is an advantage
- You are interested in topics related to digitization and customer experience
- You have a good command of English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
