•A university graduate with track record of 3-5 years experience on wholesale,
•Excellent social, organization and interpersonal skills appropriate to a multi-cultural and diverse working environment.
•Customer orient with negotiation skill who doesn’t take “No” as an answer.
•He should has a driving license with ability to use both (manual/Automatic) vehicles.
•Candidate shall be dealing with fabrics and garments, hence hands on experience on Textile is preferred but not a must.
•Ability to work under pressure with strict schedules and tide deadlines
•Smart with keen eye for details and follow up of orders
•Organized and self-driven who can work with minimum supervision
•A negotiator who will not take “No” as answer.
•He will work indoor/outdoor with frequent local trips of 50% “usually by vehicle driven by him & international trips of 10% of the time.
•He must have computer experience of Windows package, communication method and social media marketing tools.
•Commercial ethics, payments terms and negotiation tactics are core basis of our customer communication so hands on them is a must.
•Although Arabic is ok to deal with local market however, English is fundamental to use on reports and internal and external communication, thus understanding of this advertisement without using any help is fair enough to apply.
•To identify new wholesale customers by direct visits, market surveys and internet search.
•To build his own customers database and maintain customer relations
•To issue Production orders as per customers’ requested specification and follow up with factory for productions and delivery deadline.
•Conduct frequent meetings/Visits with all customers in your territories to agree monthly sales plans with each customer.
•Participate with Team and department head for developing new designs of fabrics as per markets trend and customer requirements
•Represent the company by attending trade shows, seminars, exhibitions, temporary sales events either locally or internationally.
•On his weekly report must provide timely feedback in areas of time management, call reports, market requirements, customer issues, competitor activity, new business opportunities and any other matters deemed to be important in order to maintain the customer relationship and grow the business.
