We not only build the core system, we also develop methods, processes and software tools so that our software engineering teams can develop, test, debug and deliver faster.
What to Expect:
Supervision and coordination of Scrum teams
Organization and moderation of meetings, workshops of the software engineering teams
Establishment of efficient communication structures within the software engineering teams and with all stakeholders
Support of the software engineering teams in the identification and resolution of organizational and process-specific obstacles
Participation in the further establishment of an agile way of thinking in the company
What You bring:
Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in different teams
Excellent communication
skills Excellent conflict resolution skills
Completed technical, scientific or economic studies (or comparable training)
Excellent knowledge in the areas of Lean & Agile Software Development, practices and methods
Systemic coaching
Very good knowledge of German and English
