Position summary:

  • Full time Account Executive Germany South / Switzerland / Austria
  • Direct sales of Nuance Enterprise Solutions to top named accounts, as well as using channel partners and network if applicable
  • Expanding footprint in existing accounts and driving new business with our strong and cutting edge portfolio

Principal duties and responsibilities:

  • Create GoToMarket for the given region and market
  • Execute direct and indirect business plan
  • Build and maintain a substantial pipeline
  • Forecast and processes are to be fulfilled independently
  • Closing new business and increasing on existing business
  • Exceed financial targets
  • Maintain and improve customer satisfaction rate (NPS)

Education: University

Minimum years of work experience: 8+ years

Required skills:

  • Excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven Sales success as an overachiever to large organizations in Southern Germany, Switzerland and Austria
  • Ability to convey value proposition to C-Level
  • Proven success as a hunter building up new business
  • German native and English fluent
  • Understanding of contact center technology, market and processes

Preferred skills:

  • Experience selling AI Solutions for Contact Center, Digital, AI, Security and Fraud
  • SFDC experience
  • French, Italian is a plus
