Description
The Senior Finance Officer will enable the smooth operation of the finance activities, maintains records, support the Finance Coordinator in overall management of financial resources, monitoring and financial controls. S/he will ensure that the Concern Worldwide financial policies and procedures are implemented in a standardized manner and in true spirit. This job is anticipated to be 80% based in Khartoum, with 20% being support of field offices.

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
1. University degree Bachelor in accounting 2. Minimum of three years of related work experience 3. Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English and working experience in an INGO or UN preferable 4. A good understanding of financial control systems 5. Commitment to working in a team 6. Willing to travel to field offices ( Kordofan /West Darfur) 7. High level computer literacy (MS Word, Excel) 8. High level of discretion is required due to the confidential nature of some parts of the finance function. 9. CMA Certification will be an added advantage Competencies:
