 Background:
  • Manages the daily activities of the field accommodations, food, beverage and housekeeping functions.
  • Oversees food, beverage and housekeeping inventory and budget controls.
 Duties and responsibilities:
  • Supervises all the activities taking place in catering and accommodation.
  • Ensures proper management of staff members in the department.
  • Supervises all kitchen staff and make sure providing quality meals to staff on time.
  • Ensures that costs are within the budget.
  • Responsible of visiting site accommodation and follow up all related maintenance issues.
  • Reports: Provides daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.
  • Resolve staff complaints or answer questions regarding catering and accommodation.
  • Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving escalated complaints or disputes.
  • Prepare and issue work schedules, deadlines, and duty assignments for office or administrative staff.
  • Train or instruct employees in job duties or company policies or arrange for training to be provided.
  • Research, compile, and prepare reports, manuals, correspondence, or other information required by management or governmental agencies.
  • Develop work schedules according to budgets and workloads..
  • Discuss work problems or grievances with direct supervisor and manager.
  • Monitor catering inventory levels and requisition or purchase supplies as needed.
  • Responsible of purchasing and handling all related catering good and items.
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

Qualification

Bachelor degree in business administration / management or any related field.

 

Experience

3+ years in similar role.
