Background:
- Manages the daily activities of the field accommodations, food, beverage and housekeeping functions.
- Oversees food, beverage and housekeeping inventory and budget controls.
|
|
Duties and responsibilities:
- Supervises all the activities taking place in catering and accommodation.
- Ensures proper management of staff members in the department.
- Supervises all kitchen staff and make sure providing quality meals to staff on time.
- Ensures that costs are within the budget.
- Responsible of visiting site accommodation and follow up all related maintenance issues.
- Reports: Provides daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.
- Resolve staff complaints or answer questions regarding catering and accommodation.
- Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving escalated complaints or disputes.
- Prepare and issue work schedules, deadlines, and duty assignments for office or administrative staff.
- Train or instruct employees in job duties or company policies or arrange for training to be provided.
- Research, compile, and prepare reports, manuals, correspondence, or other information required by management or governmental agencies.
- Develop work schedules according to budgets and workloads..
- Discuss work problems or grievances with direct supervisor and manager.
- Monitor catering inventory levels and requisition or purchase supplies as needed.
- Responsible of purchasing and handling all related catering good and items.

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
Qualification
Bachelor degree in business administration / management or any related field.
Experience
3+ years in similar role.
Skills & Knowledge
- Good user of Microsoft office.
- Problem Solving/Analysis thinking skills.
