Description
|
Duties and responsibilities:
- Create annual Parts Department goals and budget, in alignment with the organization's financial and operational objectives and effective Inventory Management.
- Develop and execute Parts Department marketing plan and monitor monthly to ensure achievement of departmental goals.
- Conduct a perpetual/annual physical inventory of all parts and related inventories.
- Submit all parts warranty and return claims within the required timeframe to receive maximum credit.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and to exceed their expectations.
- Prepare an initial order for new models, based on technical service bulletins and surveys.
- Analyze sales, expenses and inventory monthly to maintain profit goals.
- Monitors and adjusts inventory to minimize obsolescence.
- Handles customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership's guidelines.
- Develops, enforces and monitors guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Analyze departmental operations and storage layout and revises as needed for maximum effectiveness.

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
- A bachelor's degree in a field related to Engineering/Business Administration.
- At least 10 years of experience in spare parts
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
- Strong communication skills and detail oriented.
- Computer skills are essential.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
