Description

 Duties and responsibilities:
  •        Create annual Parts Department goals and budget, in alignment with the organization's financial and operational objectives and effective Inventory Management.
  •       Develop and execute Parts Department marketing plan and monitor monthly to ensure achievement of departmental goals.
  •        Conduct a perpetual/annual physical inventory of all parts and related inventories.
  •        Submit all parts warranty and return claims within the required timeframe to receive maximum credit.
  •       Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and to exceed their expectations.
  •       Prepare an initial order for new models, based on technical service bulletins and surveys.
  • ​       Analyze sales, expenses and inventory monthly to maintain profit goals.
  •        Monitors and adjusts inventory to minimize obsolescence.
  •      Handles customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership's guidelines.
  •       Develops, enforces and monitors guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  •       Analyze departmental operations and storage layout and revises as needed for maximum effectiveness.

 

 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
  •  A bachelor's degree in a field related to Engineering/Business Administration.
  • At least 10 years of experience in spare parts

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:

  •   Strong communication skills and detail oriented.
  •  Computer skills are essential.
  •  Fluent in oral and written English.
