Description

of contacts to tax consultants, lawyers and auditors around the world and
offers comprehensive, economically optimized solutions. We are growing and are now looking for university graduates for the position of
trainee / tax assistant (m / f)
who are communicative advisors and who enjoy optimizing tax
and business issues for national and international clients.
Your tasks with us:
- Participation in tax and corporate law opinions,
- Restructuring, reorganization,
- Due diligence reviews,
- Collaboration in the preparation of tax returns for companies and individuals,
- Support in the preparation of national and international annual financial statements
Companies according to UGB and IFRS
- Handling of tax projects,
- Creation of business concepts
- Depending on your experience, you will take on the management of younger employees and (sub) projects
Your skills:
- Completed legal or business studies with a focus
Tax law, auditing, accounting, accounting
- High team orientation and flexibility
- High willingness to learn and a proactive way of working
- Relevant professional experience in tax or consulting is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills
- Very good MS Office skills and IT affinity
- BMD knowledge is an advantage
