Description

  • According to the following conditions:

 Basic liabilities:

  •  He has knowledge and familiarity with technical support functions.
  • He has good experience in customer service and effective communication with them.
  • He has the ability to draft and write in Standard Arabic.
  • He has a medium level spoken and written English.
  • Experience of not less than a year.

Secondary liabilities:

  • Desire to have expertise in the areas of technical support and customer service for ERP systems.
  • He has knowledge and knowledge of technical support ticket management systems. 
  • He has a desire to learn and develop.
  • Able to scrutinize and share ideas, enrich discussion and improve in general.

Requirements:

  • A university degree with knowledge of one of the universities or technical colleges.
  • He has relevant experience in the field of technical systems.
  • Commitment to official working hours and hours.
  •  Khartoum residents prefer.
