- According to the following conditions:
Basic liabilities:
- He has knowledge and familiarity with technical support functions.
- He has good experience in customer service and effective communication with them.
- He has the ability to draft and write in Standard Arabic.
- He has a medium level spoken and written English.
- Experience of not less than a year.
Secondary liabilities:
- Desire to have expertise in the areas of technical support and customer service for ERP systems.
- He has knowledge and knowledge of technical support ticket management systems.
- He has a desire to learn and develop.
- Able to scrutinize and share ideas, enrich discussion and improve in general.
Requirements:
- A university degree with knowledge of one of the universities or technical colleges.
- He has relevant experience in the field of technical systems.
