Description
Core purpose of the Job: (Short description)
• Define Continuous Improvement strategies to ensure leading remuneration practice and the optimization of HR Benefits operation, also to ensure smooth company operation through preparation of payroll and maintenance of payroll systems.
Key Duties:
• Manage and maintain employees’ benefits and ensure they are always aligned with the roles and regulations.
• Carry market salary survey studies and analyze the findings then advise the management of the best practices.
• Advise on the annual salary increase process and ensure it is aligned with the mandate and agreed process.
• Participate in identifying offers for the new employees.
• Report monthly manpower budget variances to management.
• Coordinate with HR department to consolidate HR budget.
• Manage the employees leavers (terminated and resigned) benefits and ensure they are paid on time
• Liaise and advice Managers, Senior Managers & Divisions’ GMs, in regards to short term, long term & incentive compensation plans.
• Keep abreast of new development in remuneration & taxation.
• Communicate changing regulations to departments and individuals.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience.
• Finance reporting management
• HRM
• Compensation and Reward training.
